Rescue course & EFR

Become a safer, more confident dive buddy… Learn self rescue skills & how to assist others… Prevent & manage potential dive incidents…

The challenging yet rewarding PADI Rescue Diver course will take your diving skills to the next level as you consider the safety of others as well as yourself and become a better, safer diver – and dive buddy – along the way.

This 2-day course has online theory, practical rescue skill sessions in our on-site pool and from Khao Lak beach, plus training dives with rescue scenarios at the local reef. It can be quite intense, and there’s a lot to absorb – but these are serious matters! This realistic and interactive course is designed to be as much fun as possible whilst you practise a high level of rescue theory and skills. Your future dive buddies will always appreciate being paired with a certified Rescue Diver as it shows you take your diving very seriously indeed.

PADI RESCUE DIVER

A demanding and inspiring course

Increase your diving competence and improve your problem-solving and safety skills by learning how to look after yourself and others while diving, both underwater and on the surface.

During the practical training exercises, you will focus on problem prevention, self-rescue skills, stress recognition, and accident management. There are ten in-water rescue exercises plus simulated, realistic emergency scenarios. It’s quite an active course so be prepared to get fully involved and enjoy the interaction and laughs with your instructor and fellow students.

This interesting and beneficial course will strengthen your confidence and self-reliance – and increase your buddy’s trust in you!
