Scuba Refresher
We understand that many divers may not have ventured into the water for some time. We offer different types of refresher depending how long it’s been since your last dive. We will get you fully refreshed to dive confidently and safely.
Scuba Refresher
A 1-day refresher course for divers whose last dive was within the last 5 years
Has it been a while since you last dived?
If you’ve had a break from diving, you will need to refresh your dive skills.
Do you remember how to how to set up your dive equipment or clear a flooded mask? How about dive signals? Most importantly, are you clear on emergency procedures?
The Scuba Refresher course will review basic dive theory as well as dive skills, plus give you two real dives to check your weights and buoyancy. You will start with a quick quiz and your Divemaster will review your answers with you. Next, you’ll set up your equipment and practice the most essential diving and safety skills in our swimming pool. After that, we’ll take you to our local reef for 2 real dives with lunch on the boat in the surface interval.
The maximum diving depth will be between 9m-15m, depending on which site we go to.
Also available for Junior Divers aged 10-14 years.
Please note: for most National Park day trips and all Sea Dragon liveaboard trips, your last dive must be within the last 12 months.
Refresher course for divers whose last dive was within the last 5 years
Prerequisites: Be a certified diver
Course length: 1 day
Course overview: 1 theory review session, skill practice in our pool & 2 open water dives
Group size: Max. 4 students per course

B3,500 – dives will be at a local site near Khao Lak
This is a 1-day refresher course. Scheduled on request.
Before the course starts: The Quick Review Quiz will be completed before the course starts. You can either collect it at check-in the day before your refresher, or complete it on the day.

Insurance: Does your travel insurance cover you for scuba diving? Check your policy wording before you arrive. If you are not already covered, we offer diving insurance as an optional extra. You can book daily or weekly insurance through us when you check in, and get instant cover
Taxis: Can be arranged for you on request. Please contact us if you would like an airport taxi transfer. We can also arrange a car and driver for private day trips around the area. Minibuses are available for larger groups
ReActivate Refresher
A 1.5-day course if your last dive was more than 5 years ago
Has it been a long time since your last dive?
Certified divers can reactivate their certification, even after a long break
The ReActivate Refresher is a slower, more comprehensive refresher to get you diving again.
It starts with PADI ReActivate eLearning, to be done in your own time before arriving for the course.
On day 1, we’ll schedule 2-4 hours in our swimming pool to practice skills and get familiar with the equipment again.
On day 2, we’ll take you to a local reef for two real dives in the sea.
The maximum diving depth will be between 9m-15m, depending on which dive site we go to.
Suitable for all certified divers, regardless of which agency you were certified with. On completion of the course, you will receive a “ReActivated Diver” card.
Refresher course for certified divers who did not dive for more than 5 years
Prerequisites: Be a certified diver
Course length: 1.5 days
Course overview: online PADI eLearning, 1 theory review session, pool training & 2 open water dives
Group size: Max. 4 students per course

B5,500 – dives will be at a local reef near Khao Lak
This is a 1.5-day refresher course. SCHEDULED UPON REQUEST.
Before the course starts: We will send you the PADI online eLearning in advance: to complete in your own time.
Day 1 – skill practice in our swimming pool (normally 2-4 hours)
Day 2 – two dives at our local reef
